AFROPUNK Fest 2017

The AFROPUNK Fest is an annual global festival that in recent years has taken over the streets of Brooklyn, NY. It is a playground of unapologetically, naturally creative, proud individuals who embrace Afrocentrism and individualism in their own extroverted way. It's a fashion conglomerate for local trendsetters and a social destination for soulful music artists, niche black-owned businesses, vegan-heavy food vendors, and everything in-between. It is the new wave, and everybody who's anybody will be there. As for a content and media creator, this is a strike of gold. If you're camera-equipped, have a business to market, and time, you need to be there.

Pro-Tip: Print plenty of business cards, flyers, and even think about a unique way of becoming your own walking advertisement in a really cool way. *FYI: Think really hard about this, it simply cannot come off as generic. You'll be among youthful creatives, they'll read right through any gimmick!*
